How it works

  1. Make your sheet. Pick volunteer shifts, potluck, meal train or carpool, and add your slots. Repeating dates like “every Saturday in March” take one click.
  2. Share the link by email, group chat or newsletter.
  3. People pick a spot with just their name. They can add an email for a confirmation, a reminder the day before and a link to change or cancel.
  4. You see everyone on your private manage page, and can download a spreadsheet or print a check-in list.

Why not just use a Google Sheet or Google Form?

Both are great tools, but they weren’t made for handing out spots. Here’s what changes when you use a real sign up sheet.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. No ads, no paid plan to remove ads, and no limits on the number of people who sign up.

Do people need an account?

No. Organizers get a private manage link by email, and people sign up with just their name. Email is optional for them.

Who can see the sign-ups?

Anyone with the link sees which spots are taken. You choose whether names show in full, as first name and last initial, or not at all. Emails and answers to your questions are only ever shown to you. Sheets are hidden from search engines.

How long are sheets kept?

Sheets and their sign-ups are deleted automatically 90 days after the last date on the sheet. You can delete yours sooner from your manage page.

I lost the link to my sheet. What now?

Use “Lost the link to your sheet?” under the form above. Enter the email you used, and we’ll send fresh links to all your sheets.
